2. The Structural Readiness Audit: Your $199 activation fee includes a comprehensive Winter Structural Readiness Audit. I will personally identify high-liability failures, such as Co-Dominant Stem Weakness and Internal Decay, before the next ice event.
3. Exclusivity & Scarcity: To ensure the integrity of our 24-hour response protocol, membership is strictly limited to the first 50 homeowners. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the 50th "Shield" is active, this portal will close to new members to protect the priority status of our existing circle.
4. Financial Protection: Members receive a guaranteed 15% preferred rate on all forensic mitigation and structural pruning required to secure their property.
